Route 66 crosses the South Canadian River just east of Hydro, OK...The "pony bridge" between Hinton Junction and Weatherford on Rt. 66 was completed in 1934. It consists of 38 pony trusses and at 3,944 feet, is the longest bridge on Rt. 66 in Oklahoma.
